Here I am putting together a free bodyweight exercises library with the idea of building a collection of the best exercises for functional strength, stamina or exceptional ab development.
This video library will build up over time to provide a free bodyweight exercises resource that you can refer to for the best exercises for your training goal so please make sure you keep coming back for new additions.
As well as videos of me doing the basic bodyweight exercises I am also including complete tutorials and training tips for the more intense exercises such as the dragon flag and full ab rollout.

The Hip press up.
The Hip press up is a more advanced exercise that is excellent for building shoulder strength and or muscle although to build more muscle you must also ensure your diet is right for muscle building.
This exercise is also one of the ways to progress to the planche press up which is the one you see Olympic gymnasts do on the rings as a show of upper body strength.
The Triceps press up.
The Triceps press up is a moderate exercise that is a bit more demanding than standard press ups but not as intense as other versions such as the hip press up. It is excellent for developing triceps strength fast.
The Dragon flag tutorial.
The Dragon Flag is one of the three best ab exercises on the planet. It is a compound exercise (involves many muscle groups) and will build exceptional abdominal strength and muscle size.
However, this is a very advanced exercise that is beyond the reach of most people when they first try it and so I have included a complete guide on how to progress with this exercise is this video.
The ab rollout tutorial.
The full ab rollout is another one of the three best ab exercises and like the Dragon flag this is a very advanced six pack exercise that needs extremely strong core muscles to execute.
Because it is so demanding I have done a guide on how to build up to it including the secret tip I developed to make fast progress which is demonstrated in the video by my Daughter Natalie.
